Terms & Conditions

ORDERING INFORMATION

 

Placing Orders - Orders can be placed online in our shop or emailed to tiffany@allproductspromo.com. No verbal orders can be accepted.

​

Order Acknowledgement - We acknowledge ALL ORDERS: if you do not receive acknowledgement within 24 hours, please contact customer service IMMEDIATELY to insure your order is processed.

​

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

​

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on customized merchandise. Please check your art proofs and confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct.

​

If something was misprinted from the proof, or your items were defected, please contact us immediately within 48 hours to redo your order.

​

SAMPLES

​

You can request blank or samples with a random logo of our products, and speculative samples with your logo for the fee listed on our website. Once you place an order, the amount you paid will be credited to your final order.

 

Please email us if you are interested in receiving a sample of one of our items.

 

SELF PROMOTION

 

Artwork - The ideal file format is vector art in a PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD (300 dpi+) files. High resolution (300 dpi+) PNG, TIFF, or JPEG files can be accepted, but are less ideal than the other formats.

 

If you don't have any artwork, an additional fee can be applied for our design services. Please contact us if you're interested in custom art.

Art charges are $50.00(V) an hour. See specific styles for print areas. IF SIZE IS NOT STATED ART WILL BE SIZED TO FIT PRODUCT.  Please send artwork to: tiffany@allproductspromo.com or create a virtual at our "Shop" page.

Silk Screening - Screen set up charges are $50.00(V) per color/location. Change of ink color charge: $12.50(V). Re-Order artwork - set-up fee $20.00(V) per color / location. PMS Color Match - $12.50(V). Colors are matched as close as possible based on pantone colors. Exact match on non-woven materials not available.

Additional Colors Running Charge - Per color, per location, most products (except non-woven) $0.60(V)

​

Art Charge - Color separation, rearrange, typeset, halftone, touch-up: $20.00(V). Artwork charge: $50.00(V) per hour.

​

Paper proof, Email proof, and Virtual Sample: free of charge.

​

Embroidery - Contact customer service for details.

​

"Use Date" Confirmation - If there is a specific "use date" required, confirmation of your shipping schedule is required at the time of order placement.

​

Cancellations - Orders cannot be cancelled without permission from factory. Customer will be liable for charges incurred prior to any cancellation.

​

Minimum Quantity Ordering - As listed in catalog. Extra charge for below minimum. $30.00(V) per color for screen printing. Contact customer service for other decoration methods.

​

Oversea Custom Ordering - Minimum order of 500 to 1,000 pieces on specific styles and sizes. A non refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. Call for specifics.

Prices - Prices subject to change without notice. Special price quotes are valid for 60 days from date of written quote.

​

Combined Quantity Pricing - Style may be combined on an order to determine the quantity price for which you specify. Combined quantity pricing does not apply to decorating, unless same artwork is used.

​

Quantity Purchases Discount - For quantities in excess of EQP, call for details.

​

ART PROOF POLICY

​

All Products Promo sends electronic art proofs for approval before production begins unless the same order is being placed again. Please contact us immediately if there are any errors in color, or mispelling. We will confirm the changes in writing, and send the revised proof at no additional cost.

​

We are not responsible if the customer approves a proof that has a mistake, and are not responsible to make any further changes to the order. The order will be printed exactly as the customer approves the art proof. Please look over the proof carefully to ensure your order is correct.

 

PRODUCTION

​

Imprint Limitations - Multi-color and close registration not guaranteed on all products. Slight variations may occur from imprint to imprint. 100% opacity not guaranteed when printing light colors on dark products.

​

Overruns/Underruns - Allow 5% overruns or underruns. If you need exact quantity, your order will be subject to a 5% surcharge.

​

Production Time - Screen printed stock, lead time is 3-5 business days after proof approval. Un-imprinted stock will be shipped within 24 hours. For custom orders, allow 60-70 days lead time to California. Bling, full color decal, and embroiderry decoration requires more time. Call customer service for details.

​

Custom Orders - For custom product orders, we can sew your provided custom labels into the product at no extra charge. Call customer service for details.

 

TERMS

​

All Products Promo accepts all major credit cards. Checks can be accepted under certain circumstances, but require a 5-7 day clearing period before we can begin production. Please contact customer service for further details. 

 

INDEMNIFICATION

​

Customer warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall idemnify and hold harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.

 

DISCLAIMER

​

Logos used in this catalog or on our website are for display purpose only.  Due to normal production tolerances, sizes may vary slightly. Actual product color or shade may vary from the image in catalog or on website. If you would like to request a sample, please contact our customer service team.

​

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

​

All Products Promo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will cancel and refuse orders that we feel my be fraudulent.
