What file format should I use for my logo?
​
The ideal file format is vector art in a PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD (300 dpi+) files. High resolution (300 dpi+) PNG, TIFF, or JPEG files can be accepted, but are less ideal than the other formats.
If you don't have any artwork, an additional fee can be applied for our design services. Please contact us if you're interested in custom art.

What is your turnaround time?

The lead time for screen printed items is 3-5 business days after proof approval. Un-imprinted orders will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship UPS ground unless you choose to expedite your order at an additional cost.

Rhinestone, glitter, full color decal, and embroidery decoration requires more time. Please contact us for more details.

How much does shipping cost?
​
We ship via UPS or Fedex, so shipping will be calculated based on your location.

Do you offer free samples?
​
You can request blank or samples with a random logo of our products, and speculative samples with your logo for the fee listed on our website. Once you place an order, the amount you paid will be credited to your final order.
Please email us if you are interested in receiving a sample of one of our items.

Can I return my order?
​
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on customized merchandise. Please check your art proofs and confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct.

If something was misprinted from the proof, or your items were defected, please contact us immediately within 48 hours to redo your order.

Can I order less than the minimum quantity?
​
Please contact us, and we'll try our best to see if the item is available at less than the minimum quantity.

What is a set-up charge?
​
Screen printing involves burning on your logo on a screen to be imprinted on the product. Each screen or plate is made specifically for your logo, and the set-up charge covers the imprint on one location.
